This exciting program is designed to support you and your corporate team as you prepare for the Corporate Wellness 5K, ½ marathon or full marathon! The program mission is to facilitate health and wellness for companies and organizations to promote the productivity, longevity, happiness, and general well-being of the workforce.

Ultimately improving your personal record…and having FUN!

	Starter Track Encourage your organization’s beginner walkers and runners to go from “couch to 5K”! Beginners are invited to participate in a comprehensive educational toolbox training toolbox program with the ultimate goal of completing their first event.
	Fast Track Step by Step also drives your experienced walkers and runners to improve their personal records in the 5K, ½ marathon, and marathon. Participants are invited to take advantage of the thorough training toolbox program.

The Nationwide Better Health Corporate Wellness Challenge 5K, ½ marathon and marathon events shine on many levels.
